Orders & Product Availability
All Choconomi chocolates are freshly handcrafted after your order is confirmed. Standard orders generally require around 24 hours for preparation, while customized, festive, corporate, or specialty chocolates may require additional production time. Product availability, ingredients, packaging, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice depending on availability and seasonal requirements.
Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Full payment is required before production begins. Choconomi reserves the right to update product prices, promotional offers, discounts, and shipping charges at any time without prior notice.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver across India. After production is completed, most orders are delivered within 7–10 business working days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. During the monsoon season, shipping charges and delivery timelines may also change depending on courier availability and destination.
Customer Responsibilities
- Please provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information while placing your order.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.
- Store chocolates according to the recommended conditions after delivery to maintain freshness and quality.

While we strive to provide accurate product information and timely deliveries, Choconomi shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions caused by courier partners, severe weather conditions, government restrictions, natural disasters, technical issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Handmade chocolates may also have slight variations in appearance, decoration, or finish, making every product unique.
